R & Company and Edwina von Gal, landscape designer and founder of the non-profit organization Perfect Earth Project, present a summer exhibition of artist-designed birdbaths and bee beaches at Marcel Breuer's Marshouse in the Springs neighborhood of East Hampton, New York. The landscape installation will feature newly commissioned birdbaths by Rogan Gregory, Katie Stout, Serban Ionescu, Hung-Chung Lee, Nancy Lorenz and John-Paul Philippe. The exhibition is in support of the environmental initiative Two Thirds for the Birds launched by von Gal and Perfect Earth Project, and will be open for visitations by appointment on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, 12PM - 6PM, from August 1st to September 18th.

With R & Company's Evan Snyderman, von Gal selected six sculpture-based artists to create birdbaths and bee beaches that promote wildlife habitats on the Marshouse property, which leads out to a salt marsh and the Accabonac Harbor. Von Gal's garden at the Marshouse is a place to experiment with the creation of models for beautiful nature-based landscapes that focus on native plants, toxic-free practices, and biomass management. While von Gal’s projects prioritize wildlife across the country, Two Thirds for the Birds is her call to action for us to come together and do our part for the birds.

Von Gal says, "It is a dream project working with R & Company's great artists here in the Perfect Earth Garden. It's a natural fit."
