You’ll provide enough habitat to support a healthy population of birds, bees, and butterflies. Be toxic-free and say no to all pesticides and chemical fertilizers. And it won’t just be the birds that will be happy. A recent study shows that listening to birdsong makes us feel good, uplifting our spirits and reducing stress.
